Problem Solving for Effective Supervision
Course Description:
A workplace problem is any barrier or disturbance that detracts from productivity. Sometimes physical things such as equipment, materials, space, and computers cause the problem. Other times, people are the problem. Usually, it's a combination of both. In this class, supervisors will learn skills to tackle the tough problems that present themselves in a dynamic workplace.
A required Roads Scholar Level II course.
