RTAP Enhancing Cooperative Relationships
Cooperative relationships are the foundation of high-performance work groups. Employees must not only be technically skilled, but also understand and practice behaviors that contribute to positive relationships with others in the work group. The supervisor plays a vital role in modeling, teaching and rewarding behavior that contributes to a cooperative work climate. This session will focus on how a supervisor can reduce discordant notes and bring about greater harmony among employees.
