KDOT Pre-Project Certification Program [ONLINE]

Course Overview:

Format: Program consists of web-based training.

The user:

• Will view a slide presentation and take an online test consisting of 25 questions based on the slides.
• Must answer 22 questions correctly to become "certified."

Course Description: To better acquaint Local Public Agencies (LPAs – cities and counties) with KDOT-Bureau of Local Projects (BLP) procedures and to identify actions required by LPAs associated with KDOT-funded projects, BLP has developed the Pre-Project Certification Program (PPCP).

Requirements: Certification of the person-in-responsible-charge or project manager (must be a full-time employee) of the LPA sponsoring the project. If the LPA has more than one project and/or more than one project manager, each person must be certified. Re-Certification every 3 years.
